What a busy 2012 we’ve had already!  Upward Basketball has started off with awesome games and wonderful cheers!  Come out to a game and see what these kids can do through Christ who strengthens them!  RA’s, GA’s, and Mission Friends took all the cans you brought us to the recycling center and received $67.70 for a kickoff for Annie Armstrong Easter offering.  Thanks for your support and since this went so well, we will continue to collect cans for missions this year.  Speaking of Annie, the Annie 500 race will be on Sunday, March 4^th, so kids will be beginning to work on their cars.

Sunday nights are a lot of fun singing and learning about missions.  The kids in missions will be getting vests soon to wear on Sunday nights and earning badges.  Children’s & Preschool choirs are off to a great start for this year!  This is the place to be on Sunday night!

As we celebrate Valentine’s Day this month, remember the very special love that God has for us.  “For God so loved the world (you), that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16
